What is Restylane® Refyne?
Restylane® Refyne is a dermal filler designed to address mild-to-moderate wrinkles and folds around the nose and the mouth. This filler features XpresHAn technology, an enhanced hyaluronic acid that provides smooth, natural-looking results with increased flexibility. This filler is ideal for treating nasolabial folds and marionette lines.
Who is a Candidate?
Individuals who are over the age of 21 who have mild-to-moderate marionette lines or nasolabial folds can often benefit from Restylane® Refyne. It is important for candidates to be in good health and have realistic expectations for the outcome of their treatment. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not receive these injections. The Procedure
Following your consultation, Restylane® Refyne will be administered to the treatment areas using a fine, thin, needle. This filler contains lidocaine, a local anesthetic, to help ensure that the treatment experience is as comfortable as possible. The procedure usually takes about 15-20 minutes to perform, depending on the number of treatment areas.
Results & Recovery
Following treatment, patients may experience temporary redness and swelling. Patients should avoid exercise for 24 hours after the treatment to ensure optimal results. Results can last for 6-9 months.
