The CoolSculpting® Elite Procedure
During a CoolSculpting® consultation, you will meet our Coolsculpting® Elite specialist who will examine your desired treatment area and ask about your medical history to make sure you’re a good candidate for this procedure. The day of the procedure, your specialist will apply a gel pad to the area and place the vacuum applicator in the treatment area securing it in place for 30-45 minutes. This often feels like a tugging sensation with some coldness in the treatment area. CoolSculpting® Elite comes with two applicators, meaning you can treat two areas in the time it would take to treat one.
While the applicator is on, you are free to scroll on your phone, watch TV, read, or even take a nap to pass the time. Most patients schedule a series of CoolSculpting® sessions for optimal results, which should appear gradually as the body flushes out the damaged fat cells over the weeks following treatment.
